Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love what you order from Kinza Clothing. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at support@kinzaclothing.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:
- We’ll inspect the item
- If eligible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange:
- Let us know your preferred item or size
- We’ll confirm availability and arrange the swap
- If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
