Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order from Kinza Clothing. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at support@kinzaclothing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.


4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • We’ll inspect the item
  • If eligible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange:

  • Let us know your preferred item or size
  • We’ll confirm availability and arrange the swap
  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or store credit

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
